Unless a customer requests a time contract, our contracts are ‘forever’. A ‘forever’ contract means that we provide your company with our services and either party can make changes, including cancellation, with a 30-day written notice.

Upon request and for an additional fee we can use environmental friendly cleaners.
When do you provide your service?
Our service is almost always after-hours, unless you have an emergency that requires immediate attention. We provide services 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
