Tim’s Cleaning Service LLC on occasion has an opening for a janitor. We are a small business located in Rapid City that provides janitorial services to many different commercial, industrial and government entities. Any perspective employee will either work directly with the owners providing janitorial services or the lead janitor. If you are interested in employment please note the following:
1.) Tim’s Cleaning Service LLC provides a very high quality janitorial service at reduced rates. We do so by providing you with high end equipment, proper tools and supplies, as well as a desire to work at a pace where we utilize proper time management tools.
2.) Our employees are required to go through rigorous background checks, which may include background checks required also by a client.
3.) Tim’s Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to require drug testing prior to an offer of employment, as well as a condition of continued employment.
4.) This position requires being able to lift up to 50 pounds on a semi-regular basis, frequent bending, scrubbing, knowledge of floor maintenance equipment and duties (vacuums, carpet cleaners, VCT tile maintenance, wood floor finishing). The work times generally start at 6PM and end at 5AM. Prior custodial experience is desired, but we will train the right person.
